I have used them for 3 jobs now and have referred them to several close friends. Their work product is unmatched and the lower pressure doesnt damage siding, paint or shingles. They also go the extra mile every time. They also cleaned things that were not even on the list, just to be thorough. I cant say enough about them. We used First State to put in Gutter Guards (great job and working fantastic) and now had a house cleaning by them. I was amazed how clean the house was after the cleaning. All of the algae that was growing on the north side of the house and especially the black oxidation stripes on all the gutters, all were completely gone. House looks like new and Dan is a pleasure to talk to and learn from him while he works. Would highly recommend First State for these types of jobs.

They really are the best. Did not need them to come back and clean our house again until almost 3 years later! Dan and Robin are wonderful to work with. We have front and back porches (one screened) and an outdoor shower that they cleaned in addition to the house. Our sidewalk and patio are no longer green. Don’t waste your money on traditional power washing and try First State at least once. Their cleaning will last you more than a year and most likely more than two, as in our case.
Husband and wife team who work wonderful together, cleaned our siding and sidewalks very quickly and we were very happy with the result. We had the green tenge on the siding that comes with living at the beach, within a few hours our home looks brand new. We would recommend them and will definitely have them back in the future.
